Happy Cinco de Mayo!

Fire up the flavor this Cinco de Mayo!





Cocoa Spiced Tortilla Chips! Cut whole corn tortillas into eighths and lay onto a baking sheet lined with foil. Spritz lightly with baking spray and fresh lime juice, then sprinkle with DCD Sweet ‘n’ Spicy Cocoa Rub and bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes. Flip and repeat until golden brown! 
 
A trio of delicious dips!
- Delicious Savory Dip! Mix 1 part DCD Roasted Chipotle Chocolate Salsa with 1 part sour cream for a zesty dip that’s perfect with our Cocoa Spiced Tortilla chips!
- Sweet Key Lime Pie Dip! Whip together 4 oz of whipped topping with 4 oz of cream cheese and  4 Tbsp. DCD White Chocolate Margarita Mix for a tangy dip that’s perfect with our Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers! Garnish with crushed Cocoa Tequila Lime Brittle for an added crunch!
- Cocoa Guacamole! Mash together 2 ripe avocados with 1 juiced lime, 1-2 Tbsp. Roasted Chipotle Chocolate Salsa and a sprinkle of DCD Sparkling Lime Sea Salt for a kick that is sure to please your taste buds!

Simple Mexican Rice! Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and 2 tablespoons of chopped onions in a large sauce pan over medium heat. Cook onions until tender, then add 1 ½ cups uncooked white rice. Stir rice until golden brown, then add 2 cups chicken broth and 1 cup DCD Roasted Chipotle Chocolate Sauce. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed for a delicious chocolatized dish.

Aztec Brownies! Prepare our signature Truffle Fudge Brownies with a tsp. of cinnamon and ½ tsp. of chili powder added to the batter for a kick that is sure to please the taste buds of your friends and family.

Prepare our Roasted Chipotle Chicken Tacos recipe using tortilla chip ‘scoops’ instead of taco shells for a bite-size appetizer that’ll keep you coming back for more!
